Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients
Handle customer enquiries professionally via email and phone, ensuring timely resolutions
Process customer orders and create accurate quotes
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross selling
Problem solve and liaise with clients, updating all parties throughout

Requirements

Attention to detail and a hands-on approach to varied tasks
Self-starter, able to manage a varied work load
Enthusiastic, hardworking and personable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
