WE ARE HIRING! Inventory Management Stock Controller

Job Purpose:
To manage a group of Suppliers and Products, ensuring all targets, policies and procedures of NHS Supply Chain are adhered to. Liaising with Stakeholders through all media such as phone, meetings, email etc. Providing analysis of data and presenting in simple formats for tracking future supply chain of products.

Principal Accountabilities:
Inventory Management Maintain all inventory data related to the products and stakeholders. Work closely with the Range Management team to ensure smooth transition of contracts once launched Achieve stock levels set out in the KPI's Manage out delisted lines for minimum stock value write off Liaise with all stakeholders as required Build relationships with Suppliers utilising Supplier Relationship Management programme Contribute with internal Inbound Logistics to have most effective deliveries for our suppliers Manage issues with suppliers through stakeholders to resolution Arrange and co-ordinate emergency deliveries direct to the customer review reports and update as necessary on behalf of the team and managers

Competencies, skills & experience:
Admin Skills, IT Skills, working in a confidential environment, written and verbal communication skills, analytical, continuous improvement, problem solver, eye for detail, strong excel skills with an understanding of key tools, self-motivated
