To assist the Non-Stock Team with preparation of data & tasks, ensuring all targets, policies and proceduresare adhered to. Liaising with Stakeholders through all media such as phone, meetings, email etc. Providing analysis of data and presenting in simple formats for tracking future supply chain of products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory Management
- Maintain all data related to the inventory of the department
- Work closely with the Product Life Cycle team to ensure smooth transition of onboarding new suppliers for contract launches
- Support the team to achieve levels set out in the KPI's
- Liaise with all stakeholders as required
- Communicate with our internal Inbound Logistics Team to have the most effective deliveries for our customers
- Arrange and co-ordinate emergency deliveries direct to the customer
Review reports and update as necessary on behalf of the team and managers
