If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team we are currenting looking for a reception Teacher to work in a vibrant primary school in the WF7, area of Wakefield.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, providing timely feedback to parents and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a holistic approach to child development.
  • Utilize phonics strategies effectively to support children's literacy acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience working within an EYFS setting, preferably in a Nursery class.
  • Strong understanding of phonics principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
