Description
As the Quality Inspector you will be tasked with the following;
- Conducting regular inspections of materials and products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Documenting and reporting any defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborating with the engineering & manufacturing team to develop and implement quality control measures.
- Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring they are met.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives.
- Assisting in training staff on quality control measures and best practices.
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Liaising with suppliers and customers to resolve any quality issues.
Profile
A successful 'Quality Inspector' should have:
- Proficiency in using various inspection tools and equipment.
- An understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methods.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
