Debrief Administrator - Temp to Perm

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Debrief Administrator to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring all warehouse and driving teams are debriefed, escalating any problems with loads, and contributing to the smooth and productive running of the depot.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaising with drivers and assisting them on the road to ensure customers receive their goods in line with our customer service standards.
• Utilising computer systems and internal systems efficiently.
• Conducting stock searches both manually and via CCTV review.
• Communicating with customers to provide updates and resolve issues professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Managing any driver or delivery issues that arise during the shift.
• Facilitating internal communications with teams and depots.
• Preparing paperwork for the next shift.
• Updating and maintaining records on the in-house system and Excel.
• Performing general administration tasks to support the depot.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a transport environment is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new IT systems.
• Resilient and confident with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Salary: £11.86 per hour

Location: Normanton, West Yorkshire

Working hours - 1 x Monday to Friday working 11am-8pm

1 x Tuesday to Saturday working 6am-3pm
