As the client enters an exciting phase of growth with increased project volumes and new frameworks launching in 2025, they are looking for skilled Quantity Surveyors to support their high-performing team and contribute to a diverse range of civil engineering projects.

Location
This role is based in Wakefield, with occasional travel to project sites as required.

The Role
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for all aspects of the commercial function, including:

  • Cost & Value Reconciliation
  • Change Management
  • Subcontractor Procurement
  • The role involves working closely with a talented team, contributing to the successful delivery of projects. You will focus on building and managing effective relationships with internal colleagues, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
