Hours of work:

Tuesday to Thursday: 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm

This is the perfect position for someone with experience working with transport and vehicle routing knowledge or someone who wishes to move into transport

Key responsibilities of the Transport Planner:

  • Organising drivers and the fleet both on-site and at regional depots to meet scheduled deliveries across the country
  • Optimising fleet routing to enhance customer service while ensuring compliance with legal regulations regarding driver working hours and fuel usage
  • Supporting the Transport Team in various administrative duties as needed

To fulfil the role of Transport Planner role you must:

  • Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Be confident in managing your work to achieve timed daily duties

Additional desirable experience:

  • A good national geographical knowledge
  • Experience in planning vehicle driving routes
  • A background in transport

Additional Information:
