Job Title: Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Technician
Location: Normanton
Working Hours: 45 hours per week
Salary: 36,000 to 38,000 (There may be flexibility in terms of rate for candidates with a Senior LCV Tech skillset)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Technician.
- Relevant qualifications in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work on various types of LCVs.
- Proficiency with vehicle diagnostic systems and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on light commercial vehicles.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- Conduct thorough inspections and identify potential problems.
- Use diagnostic equipment to pinpoint and fix issues.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and parts used.
- Ensure all vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
