Role: Regional Sales ManagerLocation: North East ScotlandSalary: £40,000 + bonus + car allowancePertemps are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to support business growth and manage a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within the food service sector, with a proven ability to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.This role requires travel across designated regions, covering North East Scotland. Applicants should be based within the catchment area.Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Monitor and update client pricing files.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to create targeted promotional campaigns.
  • Attend meetings at the company’s regional office as required.
About You
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within food service or a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A proactive and strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
