Your Shift Schedule:
- Week 1: Mon-Thurs, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Week 2: Tues-Fri, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Week 3: Mon-Thurs, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Week 4: Tues-Fri, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
About the Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll be essential to keeping production systems running smoothly. You’ll collaborate with a skilled team, improve efficiency, and ensure high standards of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and maintain automated production and packaging equipment
- Create and implement preventative maintenance plans
- Lead new equipment installations and help train other staff
- Support apprentices and operators, sharing your expertise
- Work with management to find cost-effective solutions and solve technical challenges
- Promote safety best practices across the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant Electrical / Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Knowledge of 17th Edition Wiring Regulations and Electricity at Work Regulations would be ideal
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and related tools
