Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client team.
The primary role will be to assist in managing the backlog of orders and ensure timely and efficient service delivery to our clients.
This is a temporary position aimed at providing administrative and customer support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing information on wheelchair services and addressing any concerns.
2.Process and track orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
3.Record and maintain detailed information on the database.
4.Liaise with suppliers, repairers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the supply, repair, modification, and collection of equipment.
5.Assist with general administrative duties, including tracking referrals, arranging home visits, and managing invoices.
6.Provide patients with information regarding Personal Wheelchair Budgets and assist them in accessing these funds.

Qualifications:

Essential:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.

Desirable:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the NHS or a health care setting.
Knowledge of disability awareness.
