Sonic Summary

Our client is seeking industrial cleaners for a new warehouse located just off the M62, requiring a CSCS card for application consideration.
Candidates must have a strong attention to detail and will be responsible for cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and sanitizing various areas on the construction site.
The position offers a starting pay of £11.60 for CSCS cleaners and £13.00 for those with CSCS clearance and IPAF qualification, with weekly pay options available.
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, and candidates should possess good organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The job is Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30, and applicants should be prepared for physically demanding tasks.

This is a construction site still and COLD

Duties

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Organise cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored correctly after use.
Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Assist in building maintenance tasks as required, contributing to a well-maintained facility.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting or moving items.
A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
