Our client is looking to recruit several recycling operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Duties:
- Decanting products
- To work closely with other team members, Site Managers, Supervisors to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality and Environment Policies
- Procedures, management systems and regulations
- To Monitor the drying floor for smoke and trigger the alarm if observed.
- To assist in hazard spotting activities
- To assist the loading/unloading process of bins and skips and work within the waste process as required
- To use equipment to assist recycling processes as required.
- To work closely with Fitters/Electricians and Site Manager on plant maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient running of site operations
- To help clean and maintain plant and machinery onsite
- To communicate effectively with team members, Supervisors and Site managers
- To carry out general housekeeping.
Pay:
£11.77 per hour
Shifts:
Full Time - 40 Hours Per Week Permanent
Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off shift pattern which includes day & nights
