What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing shipping documents for domestic and international shipments.
Tracking shipments and coordinating imports while liaising with different teams.
Requesting transport quotes for truck, air, and ocean freight deliveries.
Assisting with export/import processes and customer communications.
Ensuring shipping documentation is accurate and meets compliance standards.
Supporting the resolution of shipment issues to ensure smooth deliveries.
Maintaining inventory levels to meet customer requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

A keen interest in logistics and international shipping.
Some experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field (1–3 years preferred, but entry-level candidates with the right attitude will be considered).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence in using MS Office (experience with MRP systems like SAP is a bonus).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and suppliers.
A proactive approach and willingness to learn on the job.
