What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Preparing shipping documents for domestic and international shipments.
  • Tracking shipments and coordinating imports while liaising with different teams.
  • Requesting transport quotes for truck, air, and ocean freight deliveries.
  • Assisting with export/import processes and customer communications.
  • Ensuring shipping documentation is accurate and meets compliance standards.
  • Supporting the resolution of shipment issues to ensure smooth deliveries.
  • Maintaining inventory levels to meet customer requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A keen interest in logistics and international shipping.
  • Some experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field (1–3 years preferred, but entry-level candidates with the right attitude will be considered).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in using MS Office (experience with MRP systems like SAP is a bonus).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and suppliers.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn on the job.
