Factory operative

We are recruiting for Manual Grinding Operatives within a manufacturing company in Lincoln.

This is a temp to perm contract, working Monday to Friday.

Pay rate; £22,687 – £27,993 per annum, dependant on experience

Job description

• Setting / Operating CNC Grinding M/C’s, Manual Grinding M/C’s, and carrying out manual processes within the area as well as around the factory generally
• Multi-manning 
• Ensuring processed parts conform to drawing
• Ensuring parts are processed in the allowed time
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate
• Supporting the area in carrying out alternative tasks as required

Overtime opportunities available.

A Shift

Monday to Thursday 6am to 1:35pm

Friday 6am to 12:45pm

B Shift             

Monday to Thursday 1:25pm to 9:05pm

Friday 12:35pm to 7pm
