What will I be doing every day?
- Assist in maintaining production schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Prepare, update, and manage planning documentation and records.
- Liaise with production and supply teams to communicate schedule changes and requirements.
- Track inventory and monitor supplies to support production schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and distribute planning updates as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the planning team, helping with data entry, filing, and reporting.
What skills & experience do I need?
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently within a team environment.
How much will I be paid?
22,500 to 23,500 per annum (DOE)
What are the working hours?
Monday to Friday starting at 0730. Monday to Thursday finishing at 16:00 and Friday 12:30.
