Aspire People are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a successful Secondary school in Lincoln.

Responsibilities will include:

* Assist students on an individual or group basis, providing guidance and reinforcement

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting is preferred but not essential
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Possession of an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
