Teaching Assistant(Full-Time) 
Retford 
£19,000 - £23,000per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications) 
January 2025 – July 2025  

The School and Role  

Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant to start a long-term contract in Retford. The working hours are; Monday to Friday 8:30-3:30. The role will be based in Year 3 therefore; a Level 2 Childcare qualification is essential. The expectations of the school are:

  • To be personable, caring, passionate and eager to help with development.  

 

This Primary School is Ofsted rated ‘’Good’’ and the school are looking to achieve ‘’Outstanding’’ in their next inspection. The school are looking for the right candidate who is enthusiastic, passionate and eager to help make a difference.  

 

Requirements  

The desired Teaching Assistant will have; 

  • Experience of working with EYFS and primary school aged children 

  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND 

  • An ability to work as part of a team 

  • Punctual, reliable and adaptable attitude to work.
