The School and Role  

Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a Grade 4 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis. This post is a full-time role and is required whilst funding is available.  

 The role will include: 

  • Following direction from the class teacher 

  • Work on a one-to-one basis away from the classroom  

  • Provide one-to-one support to support learning following their EHCP 

  • Support with speech and language therapy and occupational therapy.  

  • Complete regular reports and provide additional information for the class teacher.  

 

The school is a vibrant and diverse primary school located in Retfordproviding education for children aged 3 to 11 years. Most children at this school speak English as an additional language. The school is proud of their multi-cultural community.  

 

Requirements  

The desired Higher-Level Teaching Assistant will have;
