Job Role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons to Early Years students.
- Maintain full class responsibilities, including marking and assessing pupil progress.
- Follow the National Curriculum and Key Stage 1 (KS1) guidelines.
- Ensure excellent behaviour management to foster a positive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student development.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and parents to enhance the educational experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status.
- Proven experience in Early Years and Key Stage 1 (KS1) education.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
