About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rosyth on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support regarding their credit card inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve credit card-related queries.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our credit card products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and update account information as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
