Contract: 6-Month Contract
Location: Rosyth (Hybrid after training)
Hours: 37 hours per week, between 8 AM - 8 PM, Monday - Sunday
Salary: 13.52 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rosyth on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support regarding their credit card inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls and resolve credit card-related queries.
Provide accurate information and assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our credit card products and services.
Document customer interactions and update account information as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
