The Client

Our client are the worlds largest HVAC manufacturer and fastest growing brand of HVAC products in the UK, and in supporting further growth are looking to expand our team in many of the key areas of our business.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executiveto support our Heat Pump and Air Conditioning channels with the main aim being to bring on new customers and grow their direct offering.

This role will have a key focus on researching installers to contact by using tools such as Linked-In, Search Engines, Social channels, competitor websites, accrediting bodies databases and more. Once contacted and onboarded the Telephone Sales Executivewill then manage the progress of this account by building relationships.

The Role of Sales Executive

 

  • Office based Internal Telephone Sales Executiveresponsible for growing our clients direct to installer heat pump channel over the phone.
  • Making outbound calls to bring on new accounts with the ability to trade within an agreed period of time.
  • Book meetings for our clients external BDM's
  • Build relationships with existing accounts to ensure they are receiving the best possible service, and the account increases in spend year-on-year.
  • Report weekly on activity and advise of any additional support required.
  • Other activity as agreed with line manager not exclusive too but including Applications Team cover during busy periods or holidays.

Measurables

  • An agreed number of outbound calls made
  • An agreed number of connected conversations per day with tangible outcomes.
  • An agreed number of new accounts signed up per week.
  • Number of heat pumps sold
  • New account minimum spend amount within the first three months of opening.
  • Number of existing accounts re-engaged with and have up traded following re-engagement
  • An agreed number of business development appointments created per week.

Desirable Experience

  • Good technical understanding of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation and Heating including the Client's and competitor products or a technical product would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Comfortable and motivated to actively make outbound calls to win more business.
  • Able to develop new business opportunities organically.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong and proven sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience of meeting and excelling against sales targets.
