Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting OsecoElfab, a global manufacturer of customised rupture discs and explosion vents with their search for a Technical Sales Administrator.

Overall Purpose:

  • In this role, you will support the Sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer inquiries, and providing technical information on our rupture disc products.
  • You will act as a liaison between the sales, engineering, and production teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processing of sales orders.

Key Duties:

  • Input orders to the ERP (Dynamics 365) system in a timely manner.
  • Dealing with customer emails and calls facilitating sales order processing.
  • Resolve customer and representative issues with stuck orders.
  • Ensure that purchase orders received are correct and match any quotation sent.
  • Handling inbound customer and representative sales calls.
  • Liaise with customers and the finance department to obtain required missing information to process orders.
  • Basic RMA/Handoff and customer complaint administration.
  • Order inbox triage.
  • New customer set up.
  • Use of the Part Configurator.
  • Liaise across internal departments to ensure customers' needs are met.
  • Support the external sales function.
  • Support the wider team functions and carry out other tasks where required.
  • Improve processes to increase operational excellence within the Technical Sales arena.
  • Act as liaison between customers and other OsecoElfab departments, ensuring accurate and timely relay of information to achieve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and communicate technical details of rupture disc products to customers, ensuring accurate information and smooth sales processes.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Capable of interfacing effectively with internal teams and external customers, providing timely updates and resolving inquiries.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent at managing multiple sales-related tasks, including order tracking, customer quotes, and document handling, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently.
  • Customer-Focused: A proactive approach to addressing customer needs, inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling sales orders, ensuring data accuracy, correct specifications, and adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Team Collaboration: Works well with sales, engineering, and production teams to provide customers with technical support and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of handling technical questions and addressing challenges that may arise during the sales process.

The Package:

  • £26,000 - 30,000 per annum depending on experience + 6% bonus potential.
  • Day shift role, Monday-Friday. Once fully trained a hybrid working model will be introduced 1-2 days working from home.
