Our client is an established and successful company based in North Shields. They are currently looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.

The Job You’ll be Doing;

  • Promote services and manage customer requests efficiently.
  • Handle daily tasks promptly and accurately, escalating issues when needed.
  • Keep customers informed about service interventions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Service Director.
  • Follow up on service and sales tasks.
  • Administer quotes, service requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Arrange service visits and coordinate logistics.
  • Compile and issue invoices.
  • Maintain market awareness and support client relationships.
  • Manage ISO 9001 policy implementation.
  • Assist with service-related quotations.
  • Review service reports and identify sales opportunities.
  • Suggest improvements and undertake delegated tasks.
  • Administer service calls and purchase orders up to £100k.
  • Manage day-to-day activities independently.
  • Work assigned based on customer inquiries and requests.
  • Make decisions on quotations and purchase requests.
  • Prioritize and expedite service requests.
  • Understand the impact of decisions and demonstrate strong commercial skills.
  • Exercise judgment to avoid delays and escalate issues promptly.
  • Interact with all departments, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
