What we need

The successful candidate will join an established team and will provide a 5* level of service to the corporate clients, to employees, the client relationship executives and Partners they will be working with.

Working within the pension side of the employee benefits team, a key part of this role will be to liaise with the main points of contact at each client (usually HR teams) to organise the provision of meetings and presentations for their staff, and to prepare and process the pre and post meeting/presentation admin.

The successful candidate will be supporting Partners and Client Relationship Executives. It is likely that that each Partner and Relationship Executive will task the successful candidate with work items, so the ability to manage their own workload and the expectations of others will be extremely important.

The successful candidate will need to be able to adapt their level of involvement from one client to the next based upon the client’s status and be able to juggle multiple pieces of work at any one time

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with HR teams to organise pension meetings/presentations to their employees - using outlook calendars to secure adviser resource, and ScheduleOnce to provide a booking page for employees to book their meeting or presentation.
  • Prepare the adviser admin for the employee pension meetings within the agreed timescales.
  • Prepare the presentation from an approved deck of templated slides within the agreed timescales.
  • Monitor mailboxes for queries from clients or their employees.
  • To obtain valuations, contribution breakdowns etc. from either an insurers online system or by ordering via telephone.
  • To obtain new joiner information from clients each month and issue welcome emails to the new joiners.
  • To build a relationship with clients so they are always comfortable asking you for help, no matter the circumstances.
  • To set up workflow within Intelligent office so it can manage your workload.
  • Send regular communications and updates to corporate clients.
  • To produce invoices for our clients as and when required and chase any outstanding invoices after 30 days
  • Assist with the production of monthly MI by maintaining central spreadsheets and activity log.
  • To continuously meet Fit & Proper and TCF requirements, fully participating in appropriate training, competence, and development initiatives.
  • Develop an understanding of the ethos, values, and strategy of Secondsight and Foster Denovo.
  • To participate in appropriate company and departmental training, competence, and development initiatives.
