Duties:

Greeting and assisting visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanour
Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc.)
Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Performing various administrative tasks to support the team

Job type: Full time, permanent

Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday – Friday

Salary: Circa £24,000 per annum
