Graduate Teaching Assistant (Primary) 
Location: North Shields 
Pay Rate: £80 - £100 per day 
Contract: Immediate Start, Long-term 

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant (Primary) to join a supportive school in North Shields. This immediate start role is perfect for a Graduate Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting primary students in their educational journey. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and provide additional support to students who need it. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality primary education. 

• Support individual students and small groups with their learning needs. 

• Encourage and motivate students to participate in class activities. 

• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. 

• Provide feedback to the class teacher on student progress. 

Requirements: 

• A degree in a relevant subject. 

• Previous experience working with primary-aged children is desirable. 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. 

• A commitment to supporting student development and learning.
