- Arrange short term hires for the customer and keep them updated on the progress
- Co-ordinate short term hire insurance claims with the relevant customer departments when required
- Review the fleet management shared inbox ensuring customers are responded to in a timely manner
-  Work within department KPI’s
- Manage internal / external e-mails and Telephone enquiries
- Manage all aspects of invoices including invoice queries received
- Make vehicle bookings with external workshops and provide authorisation to external workshops, record the job information on the fleet management system
- Take ownership of customer hire issues that have been raised directly from a workshop to ensure the customer is fully informed of progress
- Deliver effective control of vehicle event dates when moving dates forward in the fleet management system
- Manage the internal short term hire fleet, moving vehicles between sites when required
- Audit supplier service, quality and cost; rectifying any supplier issues
- Manage vehicle recalls
- Competent in MS Office, Word Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communicatorÂ
