Our client, based in North Shields, is seeking a Temporary Administrator to join their team from the 11th November until 20th December.

  • Start date: ASAP until 20th December
  • Full time hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
  • Hourly rate: 12.50ph paid on a weekly basis through OA
  • Location: Based in North Shields, free parking available on site

Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO, CFO, and Chief Operating Officer with daily administrative tasks.
  • Manage and coordinate diaries and scheduling.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the smooth operation of day-to-day activities within the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills required to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to handle changing priorities.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience in an administrative support role is essential.
