We are seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee our client's Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and data protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IMS Manager: Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001 systems. Review policies and manage registers.
  • Lead Auditor: Lead internal and external audits, support audit activities, and mentor auditors.
  • Data Protection Officer: Conduct GDPR analyses, advise on data policies, and liaise with authorities.
  • HSE Advisor: Update HSE policies, manage reporting, assist with incident investigations, and chair safety meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Lead Auditor qualifications.
  • NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma.
  • IEMA Environmental Qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience with multi-site management systems.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently.
