A market-leading SaaS company is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager who embodies their core values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
The role involves working with a cross-functional team to ensure products align with customer needs and market demands, reporting to the Head of Product.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role within a B2B SaaS environment.
The position is based in the Newcastle office, requiring onsite presence 2 days per week, and offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management tools, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

We are working with a market leading SaaS company, their core values include innovation, collaboration and excellence and they are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join them.

You will work with their cross functional team to ensure their products meet customer needs and market demands. You’ll report to the Head of Product and collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.

This role will be based at the Newcastle office and will require onsite presence 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on market trends and customer feedback.
Define and prioritise product features and enhancements.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and track progress.
Advocate for customer needs and enhance user experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role in a B2B SaaS environment.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Technical background in software engineering, testing or UX.
