MotorMatch Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Front of House / Service Receptionistbased in North Shields.
Join a dynamic and growing team at a leading accident repair centre dedicated to providing top-quality service and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. With a track record of delivering exceptional quality and solid dedication to customer satisfaction, the repair centre is seeking a skilled Front of House Receptionistto join their team.
As aFront of House Receptionist, you will be the key point of contact for customers requiring repair services. Working closely with the workshop staff and parts staff.
As a Front of House, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Liaising with customers and assessing their vehicle repairs including detailed job cards for the repairs
- Scheduling vehicles in for their repairs
- Liaising with insurance providers to streamline the claims procedure, documenting and recording of any insurance information
- Coordinate with the Technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Relaying to customers of the status of the repairs on their vehicles
- Ensure customers are consistently updated on the progress of their repairs and promptly address any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Authorising repairs to be completed
As a Front of House, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Service/Parts role / similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficient with AutoFlow
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of software systems (booking vehicles in)
