Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in the industrial sector or a similar fast paced field.
A team player with the flexibility to adapt and jump into servicing clients when needed.

Key Responsibilities for Recruitment Consultant (not limited to):

Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to foster significant growth for the branch.
Consistently achieve daily and weekly sales targets, which include new client outreach, spec calls, and meetings.
Meet and exceed established sales KPIs to deliver strong gross profit results.
Generate leads through strategic outreach efforts, effective engagement on social media platforms, and participation in networking events.
Re-establish and enhance relationships with dormant clients while effectively addressing their recruitment needs.
Oversee the complete recruitment life-cycle, encompassing candidate sourcing through to client management.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the industrial sector.
Provide outstanding service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

What We're Looking For in our Recruitment Consultants:

Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience in the industrial recruitment sector. However, we are open to candidates with recruitment experience in other sectors who are eager to transition into industrial recruitment.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
Resilience: You will be someone who understands the need to remain in an environment where a resilient attitude, and the ability to remain focused on the bigger picture will be the key to unlocking future success.
Attitude: We are looking for someone who is motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of our Newcastle Upon Tyne branch.
Full UK drivers licence and access to vehicle for client visits.
