Band 6 Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist - Newcastle- £25p/h- 3 Month Contract- START ASAP!

We are searching for a caring and compassionate Occupational Therapist. Have we found one in you?

Hunter AHP have a fantastic opportunity for an Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist to work in Newcastle. My client is looking for a Band 6 equivalent Locum and can offer full time hours.

My client is looking for OT with experience in working within an acute hospital-based setting and extensive experience of mental health and will require you to support patients who need support to mange their mental health needs.
 

 Summary of the role as follows:

  • Job Title: Community Metal Health Occupational Therapy 
  • Location: Newcastle
  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Start Date: ASAP!
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday


Requirements and qualifications required for this role:

  • Current and valid registration with the HCPC as an OT.
  • Proven experience with Mental Health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
