OverviewWe are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team, working with pupils in our partner primary school who struggle to engage in mainstream and SEND education. This role involves providing academic and mentorship for pupils from year 1 - year 6.

Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with individuals requiring support- Assist in educating and caring for children with special education needs and SEMH needs- Work closely with individuals on the autism spectrum- Provide toddler care and support as needed

Skills- Experience working with children, especially those with special education needs- Knowledge of special education practices and principles- Ability to communicate compassionately and effectively- Strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals requiring support- Patience and understanding when caring for toddlers and children
