JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking an HR Manager to join them and lead their HR function during a time of growth. Â

You will lead their HR team in the delivery of an efficient service across the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Provide HR guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR challenges and propose solutions that enhance company strategy.
- Promote employee engagement and culture initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Utilise HR metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.
- Support HR leadership in implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with best practices and legal requirements.
- Experience working within a Unionised environment.
- Currently in a similar level role.
- Hold a UK driving license and have access to a car.
