Location: Grays / hybrid

JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking an HR Manager to join them and lead their HR function during a time of growth.  
  
You will lead their HR team in the delivery of an efficient service across the business.

You will be responsible for:
  • Provide HR guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR challenges and propose solutions that enhance company strategy.
  • Promote employee engagement and culture initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Utilise HR metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support HR leadership in implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with best practices and legal requirements.
What You’ll Need:
  • Experience working within a Unionised environment.
  • Currently in a similar level role.
  • Hold a UK driving license and have access to a car.
