Property Services Manager – Eastleigh, Hampshire
Salary: Up to £65,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a fast-growing business in Eastleigh, Hampshire. We are seeking a proactive and driven Property Services Manager to join the team and contribute to the continued success of the business.
About the Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage a small team of Operatives
- Take responsibility for contract management on projects up to £4 million
- Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and tenders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
- Ensure site Health and Safety procedures are followed
- Write and review method statements and risk assessments
- Manage direct and subcontractor resources
- Produce contract RAMs and CPPs as required
About You:
- Experienced in planned, refurbishment, and development contracts
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry
- A natural team player with the ability to motivate and lead
- Must hold SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS cards
- Proficient in writing risk assessments and method statements
- Fully compliant with H&S procedures and CDM regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
