You will play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth of the company by presenting expert financial analysis to senior stakeholders in the and overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of Finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a close knit team of 4
Compiling commercial financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and presenting to inform strategic business decisions
Liaise with the Financial Director and external providers on technical reporting matters, demonstrating strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and advice on projects and initiatives
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings, driving operational efficiency and financial performance

About You:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2 years of post-qualified experience in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for delivering results
Experience in managing and developing teams is essential
