Our client, a very successful and growing company, is looking for someone to support the team with the ERP system. This is a newly created role where you will need to gain an in-depth knowledge of the ERP system and will train the team to use the system and get the most from it. You will be required to take ownership for the production of training documentation as well as supporting and resolving issues. The office is based near Eastleigh and they have a fantastic working environment.
The Role
The role will suit someone who enjoys presenting and has the ability to deliver information to others. Working in a small, supportive and friendly team, you will be responsible for providing ERP training to both new starters and existing staff. You will need to gain an in-depth knowledge of the system in order to be the go to person with regards to system training and queries. You will also be required to carry out system testing and manage support calls.
The Ideal Candidate
This position will suit a true all rounder. You will be an excellent communicator with analytical skills and the ability to really learn the system in detail. Strong presentation skills and a patient and calm approach are essential as is the ability to prioritise your work under pressure. The ability to explain concepts in an accessible way to a range of people will be key. Previous experience using ERP systems would be a distinct advantage. The right candidate will have a positive, friendly attitude and strong writing skills.
