The Company:
Food production company who have been trading for over 60 years and manufacturing quality food products for many of the UK's retailers, food service and B2B customers.

The business continues to grow and now supplies Europe and the USA.

The Role:
Site based, you will be responsible for all on site statutory compliance for M&E and associated services at a food production site.
You will manage sub-contractors,ensuring the correct permits to work / RAMS are in place and that work quality is satisfactory.
All site based assets are logged on a CAFM / CMMS system and you will update this system, ensuring compliance is met and documented and that thesite asset list is up to date.
You will manage your supply chain accordingly ensuring service / compliance levels are met.
Health and Safety is paramount and you will ensure all standards are met also logging and investigating hazards, risks and near misses.

Services include:
L8 - water hygiene and water treatment (cooling towers), heating including high pressure systems, cooling, fire alarms, fire suppression, emergency lighting, fire doors, fire extinguishers, lifting equipment, on-site power and electrical services including fixed wire and PAT testing.

The Person:
You will have an electrical ormechanical background with a good all round M&E services engineering hands on trade experience.
You will understand statutory M&E / Facilities Management compliance and have experience of managing sub-contractors who are working to SLA's / KPI's.
Experience within an FMCG environment is preferred but is not essential.

Salary:
The role is 40 hours, Monday to Friday.
