Administration Assistant/ Customer Service Advisor
Our client, a representative of an Insurance and Financial Services provider is currently seeking an Administration Assistant/ Customer Service Advisor to join their long standing and productive team.
This is a full time, permanent position, based in north Walsham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering support to the partners and other members of the team by preparing the relevant documentation for client review meetings.
- Processing policy changes
- Helping with the customer billing system.
- Provide excellent customer service by having real conversations with clients, ensuring that they find the best insurance product to suit their needs.
- Dealing with existing and new customers supporting with inbound and outbound telephone calls, as well as cross-selling and up-selling company products.
- Adhere to compliance regulations and a good degree of multi-tasking.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- The successful candidate needing to be able to build rapport and focus on customer conversations while navigating through in-house IT systems.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, along with a good knowledge
- Understanding of office IT products, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A full UK driving license is also required.
