If youve led a team in an FMCG environment, you know what it takes. Youll be managing and supporting a growing team of 10 with a key focus on health and safety.
You'll oversee colleague performance, resources and incident management during shifts, keeping things running smoothly. Setting team and individual goals (aligned with business targets/KPIs) and maintain a positive and authentic culture within the team.
A health and Safety culture within the business is paramount. You will lead and embed this within the team anddemonstrate your own knowledge of risk assessments and safety.
You will utilise your problem-solving techniques to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Utilising tools such as 5S and RCA.
You will also collaborate cross functionally, promoting excellent communication across teams, managing this with other departments and key stakeholders.
