Senior Support Worker

Location: North Walsham

Payrate: £14.50ph

Contract: Temp to Perm

Monday – Friday, AM and PM shifts.

(including on call duties and every other weekend)

we are looking for an experienced senior support worker who holds an NVQ level 3 qualification, this position will require you to be flexible with working hours and be dedicated to making a real difference in all residence life.

Senior Care Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide a team of support workers.
  • Maintaining and update care plans.
  • Monitor the general health of residents and communicate with other health professionals when needed.
  • Prompting and administering medication.
  • Communicate with family members.
  • Prompting and providing personal care.
  • Assisting at mealtimes.
