Shift Patterns and Salary:
- Monday to Friday (Day shifts): £12.82 per hour
- Monday to Friday (Night shifts): £13.03 per hour
- Saturday (Day shifts): £13.53 per hour
- Saturday (Night shifts): £13.71 per hour
- Sunday (Day shifts): £13.94 per hour
- Sunday (Night shifts): £14.13 per hour
- Bank Holidays (Both Day and Night shifts): £15.47 per hour
Core Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality, compassionate care tailored to meet the individual needs of residents.
- Assisting residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal support.
- Promoting a supportive and friendly environment while encouraging residents’ independence.
- Following personalised care plans and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within the UK (support worker, healthcare assistant, HCA, or carer).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A caring and empathetic approach towards residents.
- Willingness to complete all necessary compliance checks.
