Sanctuary Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, providing exceptional care in care homes situated in North Walsham. If you have experience as a support worker, healthcare assistant, HCA, carer, or care assistant, we encourage you to apply.

Shift Patterns and Salary:

  • Monday to Friday (Day shifts): £12.82 per hour
  • Monday to Friday (Night shifts): £13.03 per hour
  • Saturday (Day shifts): £13.53 per hour
  • Saturday (Night shifts): £13.71 per hour
  • Sunday (Day shifts): £13.94 per hour
  • Sunday (Night shifts): £14.13 per hour
  • Bank Holidays (Both Day and Night shifts): £15.47 per hour

Core Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality, compassionate care tailored to meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Assisting residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal support.
  • Promoting a supportive and friendly environment while encouraging residents’ independence.
  • Following personalised care plans and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within the UK (support worker, healthcare assistant, HCA, or carer).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A caring and empathetic approach towards residents.
  • Willingness to complete all necessary compliance checks.
