Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Support: Provide personal care and daily assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
- Promote Independence: Encourage and support individuals to maintain their independence, helping them to engage in daily activities to the best of their ability.
- Individualised Support Plans: Follow and contribute to personalised care plans, ensuring each resident’s needs are met with compassion, respect and tailored care.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year’s UK care experience within a care home or supported living service is essential.
- Skills: Strong communication skills are required, ensuring clear and empathetic interaction with residents and the care team.
- Personal Qualities: You must be compassionate, reliable, and flexible
