New Homes Sales Negotiator Role

Location: Watford

Salary: 28k-30k OTE 50k-55k

My client are one of UK's largest housing developer who are currently looking for Sales Negotiator based in Watford, all levels of sales or customer service experience will be considered for this role

• Conducting both initial appointments and conducting viewings with Customers
• Selling new build property's off plan
• Being aware of the sales targets and ensure these are met
• Ensuring the sales & marketing suite is presentable and working with marketing to ensure it is showcased in the best way possible
• Market research
• Being knowledge on the development and the local area
• Sales Progression
• Consistant communication with the buyer throughout the process
• Maintaining communication with the site teams, legal teams and management teams
• Responding to enquiries
