Site Manager Housing – REQUIRED!
Net Temps Limited are currently recruiting for a Site Manager Housing to work on a temporary basis for one of our clients. 

The Client:
The client is a Building and Construction firm who is currently operating on several projects across the UK, specifically new build housing sites. 

The Opportunity:
Working as a Site Manager Housing you will be based on the current site they have in North Wingfield, Derbyshire for approximately 5 months. Candidates will be required to have a background in Building and Construction, specifically a strong presence within the housing industry.

Duties
As a Site Manager Housing, you will be expected to: 
•    ensure works are carried out in accordance with the contract information; drawings, specifications, details, NHBC requirements etc. 
•    Providing weekly update reports for construction manager/project manager. 
•    Making sure Health, Safety & Welfare policies are adhered to at all times all in accordance with the clients standards

The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:
The client requires a Site Manager Housing who is able to work on site in North Wingfield, Derbyshire. Ability to travel around the midlands is sought after however as other roles may become available immediately afterward. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:
•    MUST have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
•    REQUIRED to have a background in Building and Construction, specifically New Build Housing
•    MUST have ability to get to site in North Wingfield, Derbyshire 
•    REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots)
•    MUST have working reference
•    MUST have the right to work in the UK
This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Building and Construction firm on a long-term opportunity.

Pay:
Starting rate is at £275 per shift. Rate is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
